When your rental period is over, we will pickup the stroller from the designated location. We handle cleaning and maintenance, allowing you to enjoy the convenience of a stroller without the burden of ownership.

  • If the rented stroller sustains any damage during your use, please notify us as soon as possible. Depending on the nature and extent of the damage, you may be responsible for covering the repair or replacement costs. We recommend reviewing our rental agreement for specific terms and conditions regarding stroller damage. Your prompt reporting of any issues is greatly appreciated and helps us maintain the quality of our rental strollers.

  • Contact our team to discuss your needs and arrange for an extension. We'll work with you to update the rental terms and ensure the continued availability of the stroller. Keep in mind that stroller availability may vary, so it's advisable to notify us of your extension needs as early as possible to secure the equipment.   • Your credit card will be charged at the time your order is placed and a confirmation email will be sent to you immediately.

  • Our telephone number will be listed on the rental. Give us a call and we will make every effort to resolve any issue immediately.

  • Accidents happen and we are more than happy to replace your stroller if your child has an accident or gets sick in the stroller or crib. Due to the extra cleaning procedures needed to return the item to normal use, a $10 fee will be charged to exchange an item.

  • Please contact us via email to notify us of any changes regarding your stroller rental ( check-in/out dates, resort location, etc ) and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

  • Every stroller is thoroughly cleaned and inspected before it reaches your family.
